Delivery – Free Express Post Delivery Australia-wide
In line with our customer experience value proposition and guiding principles, we will look to provide you with peace of mind in relation to the delivery of your products. All product orders are ‘picked and packed’ the next ‘business day’ after the order has been placed and your “Order Processed” email has been received. Business day refers to Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays.
Once the order has been ‘picked and packed’ you will receive an “Order Confirmed” email, and shortly after you will receive a subsequent email from Australia Post titled “Your delivery is on its way” once the order has been registered at the Australia Post Office. This “Your delivery is on its way” email will also include relevant tracking and further delivery information. All orders will be sent ‘Express Post’ Australia wide (door to door). Please note we only delivery Australia wide.
Refunds
In line with our customer experience value proposition and guiding principles, we have a no questions asked returns policy. Given the quality of our brands we don’t expect this too often, however if it’s not quite what you expected when you ordered it online, then send it back and we’ll refund your money in full. To be eligible for a refund, its important your product is returned:
- within 28 days of the delivery date;
- is un-worn and in the same condition as it arrived;
- unused and with all original tags still attached;
- in its original packaging;
- with a copy of the “Order Confirmed” email for the related product.
If you can’t find this email, please include a note within the package outlining your name, address, mobile number and the date you placed your order. All returns are to be sent to: Pennyroyal Sports, PO Box 3015, Shandeen LPO, Geelong West, 3218. We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the products within 14 working days of the date we receive the returned item(s). Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges, as we have limited stock at times and can’t guarantee you’ll receive your selection. However as with anything, if you have any concerns or would just like to ask a question around product availability, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
Faulty Product
While we are extremely confident in all our brands and we view their products as being some of the highest possible quality apparel available, we recognise there may be an occasional fault. We would classify a product as faulty if there was a manufacturing fault that we were unable to pick up prior to sending and it was therefore received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable amount of time once received. It’s important to note that damage as a result of wear and tear is not considered faulty. If you have returned the Products because it was faulty, we will refund the price of a faulty product in full, and any applicable delivery charges incurred (standard rates) in returning the products to us. If you think your product may be faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected] prior to returning the item within the post.
